As per ANI, Chairman of AIIMS Forensic Medical Board, Dr Sudhir Gupta confirms there were no injuries and marks of struggle/scuffle on Sushant Singh Rajput’s body other than of hanging
Ever since the CBI has taken over the Sushant Singh Rajput death probe, a special team of forensic doctors from AIIMS stepped in to analyze the SSR’s post-mortem report. This morning NDTV reported that AIIMS has ruled out murder theories in Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case. The same report further stated that the agency will continue probe into "abetment to suicide". A source close to the development revealed that SSR’s death was not murder but a clear case of suicide denying family’s claim of killing and poising their beloved Gulshan.
Confirming the same, Chairman of AIIMS Forensic Medical Board, Dr Sudhir Gupta said that no injuries were found on Sushant Singh Rajput’s mortal remains. Also there were no marks of struggle/scuffle on his body and clothes. ANI tweets, “There were no injuries on the body other than hanging. There were no marks of struggle/scuffle on the body and clothes of the deceased: Dr Sudhir Gupta, Chairman of AIIMS Forensic Medical Board formed in #SushantSinghRajput death case."
Earlier, an alleged ambulance driver had clearly dissed the suicide theory and had called it a murder. During his interview with Times Now, he had said that he saw marks of needles on SSR’s body and one of his legs was also broken.

Rhea’s Lawyer Satish Maneshinde recently reacted to the development and IANS quoted him saying, “I have seen the statement of the Doctors from AIIMS concerning SSR case. The official papers and report are only with AIIMS and CBI, which will be submitted in court once investigations are over. We await the official version of CBI. We on behalf of Rhea Chakraborty have always said that Truth cannot be changed under any circumstances. The speculations against Rhea in some quarters of the Media are motivated and mischievous. We remain committed to Truth Alone. Satya Meva Jayte."
